Prec. aforsaid: Being veary(sp) Sick of bodye(sp) of a sound and Perfict mind and memory: First I Resign my Soul to God Almighty that gave it and my Bodye(sp) to the Eath to be Desantly buried and after my Funeral Expenses Shall be Fully Paid and Sattisfyed(sp), all the Rest of my Estate: it hath bin(sp) pleased god to Endow me with, I give and bequeath as Followeth Viz.----- Item I give and bequeeth unto Abraham Huggins One Cow and the first cow calf the said cow that bring: I give and bequeeth unto Mary Huggins Daught. of Nehemiah Huggins: ye Cow and her incrices to Abraham Huggins and His heires and this first cow calf to Mary Huggins and heires forever. I give and bequeeth unto Isaac Huggins one yearling Heiffer with her increase forever: I give and bequeeth unto John Huggins Jun. One Cow and Calf with thier(sp) increase I give and bequeeth unto Thomas Hillard one barrill(sp) of corn two middles of bacon one young sow. I give and bequeeth: all the rest of my meat to be equally devided between Thomas Owin and Edward Edwards, after the aforesaid Hillard Shall have his barels of corne: what remain I give and bequeeth unto Edward Cowan Jr. Item I give and bequeeth: all the rest of my Estate boath(sp) of goods and Chattles with all notes and credits with personal and all moveables together: Tho My Deare and well beloved son Phillip Huggins to him and his heirs fore ever: i also make constitute, ordain and appoint John Starkey my will and Dofier(?) is: that my Executor Shall sell all moveable estate with all goods; all at public vandue(?): and pay all debt: Receive all debts and the moneys to be paid unto Phillip Huggins and his heirs: This my will and desires in writing my hand this 12th Day of April 1737. The will of Edmond Huggins proved by the oath of Abraham mitchell Esq, Order that said will be returned to the Sec. Office and that John Starkey Esq Exec in the said will have Letters Testamy on the said Estate and the John starkey comes into Court and take the Oath of an Executor by Law appointed.
