Surname: Yeates

Taken from Yeates family bible transcribed by Patricia Jones 
Toler. There is also a cemetery called the Peter Yeates Cemetery where 
these family members are buried, along with other family members located 
near Blounts Bay, NC. The property now belongs to a Mason family, but they 
let me look at the cemetery. The gravemarkers are stone, with one wooden 
marker that you can barely read. There are several other sunken graves that 
are unmarked.

Weston Gales Yeates the son of W.G. Yeates & Josephine Tuten, his wife, was 
born May the eleventh 1877.

DonPedro "Donny" Yeates the son of W.G. Yeates & Josephine Tuten, his wife, 
was born Oct the 20th 1878.

Rhesa Josephine Yeates the daughter of W.G. Yeates & Josephine Tuten, his 
wife, was born Sept. 20th 1881.

Demeris Yeates the daughter of W.G. Yeates & Josephine Tuten, his wife, was 
born December 12th 1883.

Arthur Bernard Yeates the son of W.G. Yeates & Josephine Tuten, his wife, 
was born January the 12th 1888.

William Gilbert Yeates the son of W.G. Yeates & Josephine Tuten, his wife, 
was born Sept. the 12th 1890.

Marriages

Sopha Ann Yeates was married Feb. 13, 1850 to William G. Gaskill.
