At a Council held at New Bern the 4th December 1762

Read the Petition of Sarah Bond setting forth that her late husband Vineyard Bond 
obtained his Excellencys Warrant for 640 Acres of Land in Beaufort County which 
has been duly executed and returned into the Secretary's Office and that the said 
Vineyard Bond by his late Will and Testament bequeathed the said Land to the 
petitioner the petition therefore prays a patent issue for the said Land in her 
own Name Granted.
