Know all persons by these presents that I, THOMAS WALLACE of the State and County afore Said for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me in hand paid have bargained and sold unto STARKY WALLICE of county Two hundred acres of land lying in the county afore Said on the North side of Pungo Swamp, Beginning at a gum on the side of the Main Run, then running up the branch to the mouth of the Ditch, then with the ditch to my fence, then with the fence to the upper corner, then a North coarse to my back line, then running with my line to a corner of a fifty acre patent, then with the side of the pond to my Eastward corner, then running my line to John Windbys corner, then with the Said Windbys line to the Swamp, then with the swamp to Barrows line from thence to the Main run, then with the run to the beginning. I the Said THOMAS WALLIS do agree to warrant and defend the Said Land and appurtenances from the clams of all persons whatsoever unto the Said, STARKY WALLICE his heirs executors, administrators and aforesigns forever. In Witness whereof I here unto Set my hand and Seal this Sixteenth day of February 1829. N.B. Necole Woldard is to have his life time in the claimed land where he is now living.
