Know all men by these presents that I Isaac Buck of the province & County afsd planter for and in consideration of the love and affection I have and do bear to my true & well beloved Son Frances have given granted bargained & sold to & confirmed & by these presence do fully & absolutely do grant bargain sell convey & confirm assign & set over unto Francis Buck his heirs & assigns a tract of land containing four hundred acres lying & being in the County afsd on the south side of Tarr river, beginning at a gum on the S.W. side of Crab Swamp running No. 80 pole to an Elm tree in the Swamp then W. 20 pole to a pine, then N. 45 W. 160 pole to a pine, then S. 45 W. 180 pole to a pine then S. 40 W. 320 pole to a pine, then N. 86 E. 440 pole to the first Station as by the patent dated may 23 1757. To have to to hold Sd land with all & singular the houses, out houses woods waters & all appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining unto the said Francis Buck his heirs & assigns forever and the said Isaac Buck for myself any heirs Exors & Admrs the bargained premises & appurtenances & every part thereof unto the said Francis Buck his heirs & assigns against all persons Shall & will warrant & defend by these presents, the fee rent excepted.
