Know all men by these Presents that I Sam. Hooten of the above said Com., Merchant, for a valuable consideration to me in hand paid do sell and make over all my right, title and interest of an Tract of Land containing 640 acres, more or less, lying and being on the south side of Pamlico River, which goes by the name of Hickory Point, unto Gregory MINERMINNENOUGH? his heirs executors and assigns to have and to hold occupy, and enjoy, with all woods, waters and rivers whatsoever thereunto belonging or appertaining unto the said Lands the Lords Proprietors only excepted, and for the true Performance of the above —bind me my heirs, and assigns, firmly by these Presents, as witness my hand and seal, this 29th Day of August 1707.
