This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Gerry Seymour Mar. 1999 ======================================================================== Transcribed from microfilm copy Original filed in Deed Book 15, pages 45-46 Beaufort County, NC Deed of Gift: HANNAH KELLY TO MAGOR BUCK To all people to whom these presents shall come I Hannah Kelly of the County of Beaufort and State of North Carolina send greeting know ye that I the said Hannah Kelly for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which I have and bear unto my beloved grand son Magor Buck of the County of Beaufort and State of North Carolina and for divers other good causes and considerations me hereunto moveing have given and granted and by these presents do give and grant unto the said Magor Buck all and singular my goods and Chattles following one knowl horned Cow and Calf and Two Stears and one Bed & Bed Sted and furniture. To have hold and enjoy all & Singular the said goods and Chattles and personel estate unto the said Magor Buck his Executors Admrs. And assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Magor Buck his Exrs Adms and assigns forever and I the said Hannah Kelly all and Singular the aforesaid goods and Chattles and premises to the said Magor Buck his Exrs Adms and assigns against all persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal September the 20th A.D 1826.
