           MATTHEW KELLY TO BARBARA BUCK'S CHILDREN - 1826

Know all men  by these presents that  I Mathew Kelly do  give to my Sister 
Barbra Bucks children a certain piece of land containing two hundred acres 
of land to be  the same more or  less, Beginning at a pine James Cobbs amd 
Jesse Drakes  corner north  sixty East  46 pole, to  David Edwards corner, 
then to a Gum tree with a mark&rsquo;d line Running by Edward Nelsons to a 
bay tree  with the  home line to  the first  Station so as  to contain Two 
hundred acres more  or less But I  reserve the life Estate  of John Buck & 
his wife to the land,

Then the within deed from  Mathew Kelly to Barby Bucks children was proven
