KELLY - 1833 State of North Carolina Beaufort County Know all men by these presents that I Edward Ross of Beaufort County and State of North Carolina do for the love and good will that I bear for Sarah Frances Kelly, the daughter of William Kelly, give and bequeath to her the said Sarah F. Kelly one Mare, five head of Cattle and Sixteen head of hogs, it being the property that I purchased of William Kelly, her father and I the said Edward Ross do by these presents to give the said property to her the said Sarah F. Kelly her heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof I set my hand and fix my seal this January 13th 1833. Signed in presence of M. D.
