This Lot was Will’d by Samuel Worden to Sally Dana Selby wife of said Henry. To have and to hold unto the said William Worsley his Heirs and assigns. The said Bargained premises together with all priviledges & appurtanances thereunto belonging and we the said Henry Selby & Wife For ourselves our Heirs Executors and administrators do covenant to and with the said William Worsley His Heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the Same In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and Seals this 12 day Decm 1811. Selby Witness Aron Eborn The 5th of March 1812 we proceeded to House of Mrs. Sally D Selby the widow of the sd Henry and examined her pursuant to the within order of Court and she declared was she signed the deed hereto annexed of her own accord uninfluenced by her Husband the Sd. Henry or any other person. Ed. Quin JP Jere’h Cherry JP March Term 1812 Certified that his deed from Henry Selby & Sally D. Selby to Wm Worsley for half Lott in Washington was proved in court by the oath Aaron Eborn a Witness thereto let it be registered and Ed. Quin & Jeremiah Cherry Esqrs are appointed to Examine Sally D. Selby relative to her free consent in signing the deed.
