Cattle
Written: June 21, 1821
Recorded: August 1821

Whereas Thomas Worseley hath this day conveyd to us all his Stock of Cattle & 
for which we have agreed to pay Two cirtain debts Set forth in the Bill of 
Sale now We Shall be able to rescure to ourselves any part of Said cattle and 
pay them debts then we promice and engage to bind the same, to our mother 
Joana worseley for her Support during her natural life or Such part thereof as 
may be nesesary to her support and comfort in witness whereof we have hereunto 
Set our hands & Seals this 21st of June 1821

Beaufort County August Term 1821 there & then was this deed Gift from Thom B 
Worseley & Stephen C Worseley to Joanna Worsley was proved in Court by the 
oath of Wm Patrick a Subscribing Witness thereto let it be Registerd.  Thomas 
Smaw Clk.
