Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Worsley for and in concideration 
of the sum of five Shillings to me in hand paid by Stephen C Worsley the 
Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained & Sold to the 
Said Stephen C. Worseley one feather Bed and furnature a parcel of Bricks and 
all my working tools of every discription which Several artickels I warrant 
and defend to the Said Stephen C Worseley his heirs and assigns forever 
against the claim of all persons whatsoever In witness whereof I have hereunto 
set my hand and seal this 21st day of June 1821.

Beaufort County August Tirm 1820 [sic] then and there was this deed Gift from 
Thomas Worsley to Stephen C Worsley proved in court by the oath of Wm Patrick 
a subscribing witness thereto let it be
