Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Blount Worseley for and in 
concideration of the Love and affection I bear my Beloved Mother Joannah 
Worseley and for the further consideration of five Shilings to me in hand paid 
I have agreed and do hereby loan to my Said Mother the use of Negro Woman 
Bearsashaba, Negro Girl Annette together With all the other Artickles this day 
purchased of My Father for and during her Natural Lifetime except Such part 
thereof as may be nessasary to Sell to Raise the Sum of one hundred and forty 
five Dollars and Twenty cents With intrest from the 6th day of February 1820 
for Which I have this day Given my Note to Josiah Crosby Worsley in witness 
Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 21 day of June 1821.

Beaufort County August Term 1821 Then and There was this deed gift from Thomas 
B Worseley to James Worseley proved in court by the oath of William Patrick a
