At an inferior Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions begun and held at the Court house in Bath Town for the County aforesaid, on the third Tuesday in March in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-five, William Fullerton came into Court and made it appear to the Worshipful Court that he was in the Battle of the Alamance, and that he Rec’d wounds, which the Justices having Examined, think him still an object of Public Bounty, and recomend him as the same to the Assembly.
