This one and twentieth day of Janry in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & thirty I, Phillip Conner of the precinct aforesd being very sick & weak of body but of perfect mind & memory for which I tender thanks to Almighty God and knowing the uncertainty of this life and consequently the mortality of my body and that it is appointed for all men once to dye do make constitute & ordain this & no other my Last Will & Testament. First & principally I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God my heavenly father nothing doubting but all the general resurrection to receive it again by the mighty power of God & my body I do commit to the earth to be decently buried att the discretion of my Exectrix hereafter in this instrument mentioned and as touching my worlding goods where with the Lord had blessed me I give and dispose in manner & form following. Imprimis. I give to my daughter Ann Jolley the sum of twelve pence current money of this province as a barr to any part of my estate. Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Margret Dawson the sum of twelve pence of the like current money as a barr to any part of my estate. Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Creekmurr the sum of twelve pence of the like current money as a barr to any part of my estate. Item, I give to my daughter Catherine Addams the twelve pence of the like current money as a barr to any part of my estate. Item. My lawful debts being paid I give and bequeath unto Phillip Jolly my grandson one cow calf to his use & to his heirs forever to be delivered to his use on the next spring following the date of this writing. Item. I give and bequeath unto Isaac Conner my son one feather bed and furniture thereto belonging and likewise one gunn. Item. I give unto JacobConner my son one feather bed and furniture thereto belonging & likewise one gunn. Item. I give & bequeath unto Catherine my wife and dear companion in tribulation & affection one feather bed with the furniture thereto belonging all which legacies I give unto each person and to their heirs forever. Item. I give & bequeath unto my loving wife Catherine all and singular every dividual thing beloning to my estate not before mentioned both within hears & without for and during her widowhood but all the day of her marriage or further at the expiration of her natural life to be equally divided between Isaac and Jacob Conner my two sons all and singular every dividual thing except her third part which shall belong to her and to her heirs forever. Item. I do hereby constitute make & ordain Catherine my wife whole sole Executrix of this my last will & testament and do hereby utterly disannul and make void all former wills by me made, ratifying and confirming this to be my last will & testament & no other. In withess hereof I the aforesaid Phillip Connor have hereunto set my hand & fix my seal the day & year before mentioned.
