F. 12 The Last will of John Daivis of Bath County My soul I bequeath to ye Lord ye gaive it me and my body to ye earth to be buried att ye discretion of my Executors. I give to my son William Daivis tenn shillings. I give to my sone Nathaniell Daivis tenn shillings. I give to my sone Jhon [sic] Daivis tenn shillings. I give to my daughter Mary Daivis one ye Lamb. I give to my sone Samuell one young Bay mair and my bridle and sadle to be delivered att my deseas and three yows and Lambs to be delivered to him when hee come to full aige. I give to my daughter Sara one yearling mair. I give to my wife Mairy Daivis my plaintation and land in Matchapung beloning to itt to her, her heirs, executors or asiens and land ye I now live on I give to my wife during her natural life and aftewards to my sone Samuwell to him his hiers or asiens and ye rest of my Estaitt ye I now have or shall hereafter in any plaice been found I give itt to my wife.
