If William should die without heir, the plantation is to return to Edward's two daughters (unnamed in will). Martha is to sell houses and lots in Bath Town to enable her to pay off debts and to buy her some help to bring up the children--and if so be it should be in her power to lay up something to buy a plantation for son Edward. All goods and moveable estate are to be distributed equally between Martha and all the children.
