Principley and first of all I give and Recommend my Soul into the Hands of God that gaveth and my Body I Recommend to the Earth to be buried in a Decent Manner at the Discretion of my Executors nothing Doubting but at general Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty Power of God, and as Touching Wordly [sic] Estate wherewith if hath Pleased God to bless me with in this Life, I give Devise and Dispose of the same in following Manner of Form [or Term]. Item I give and Bequeath unto my Son William my Maner [sic] Plantation, that is to say the Plantation that I now live on, after the Death of his mother. Item I give & bequeath to my Son Nathaniel all the [word Plantation is crossed out] Land that I hold at other Side the Swamp. Item I give and Bequeath unto my Son Josiah the Remainer [sic] of my Land that lies up the Swamp above the Plantation that I live on, Beginning at a Holle which is the Corner Tree, and that my to [sic] youngest sons shall Receive their Land at the age of Twenty and One Years Old. Item I give & bequeath to my Eldest Daughter Lou [?] Rainer a negro girl named Rose after the Death of my Wife, to her and her Heirs Lawfully Begotten of her Body forever. Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Molle at the Death of my Wife a Negro Boy named Dumph [?] to her and her Heirs Lawfully begoten [sic] of her Body forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah after the Death of my Wife a Negro Boy named Stephne [?] to her and her aires [sic] Lawfully begoten [sic] of her Body forever. Item I lend unto my Dear and loving Wife whom I constitute make and Ordain my full and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and my Desire is that my Wife shall have all and Every Part of the Remainder of my Estate both Personall [sic] and Royale during her Life and after her Decease to be Equally Divided amongst all my Children. In Witness whereof I set my Hand and fix my Seall [sic] this 11th Day of January 1753. Morris One of the Subscribing Evidances [sic] there to who swored [sic] that the [abbreviated for said] Wm.
