Item. I give and bequeath unto Joanna Stubbs one hundred acres of land called by name During Point, as also I give to Joanna Stubbs my hand mill and my cattle and all the rest of my estate within Dowery and withoute to her the sd Joanna Stubbs and her heirs forever as alsoe making her whole and sole Executrix to pay all my due debts and soe nominating this my last will and testament.
