                 EXECUTORS' SALE
   In South Washington, on the 31st of this inst., by the Executors to the 
last Will and Testament of JOHN JAMES, deceased, that valuable and comfortable 
Dwelling House, with convenient out housesm together with the lots of ground 
in said town, in three installments, one, two, and three years, the purchaser 
giving bond with approved security.
