Kewell, of the town of Washington in the State of North Carolina, do make this my last will and testament with a view to dispose of my estate after my decease. First I wish all my just debts to be paid by my executor herein mentioned; and that being done, I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved son Henry Oneill a pew in the middle aisle of St. Mary's church in the City of Philadelphia, known and distinguished by the number six (no. 6). All the rest of my estate both real and personal and mixed I give devise and bequeath unto the said Henry to have and to hold the same to him his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever. I nominate and constitute my said son the executor of this my last will made and executed on this the ___ day of September An. Dom . 1857.
