G Blount and Lemuel Cherry; also 440 acres of tract I bought Wollard lying in 
Martin County, $200

Daughter Sally Blount Hooker, wife of James R. Hooker, land in Beaufort County 
S side Pamplico River; 640 acres I purchased of Nathan Keais, 275 acres E side 
New Bern Road I purchased of Joseph Blount; 100 acres I purchased of Jacob 
Little on Tranters Creek; lots in Washington: #2, #6 in old part; 4 Negroes

Daughter Anne Potts (under age) land Beaufort County S side Pamplico River,; 
437 acres I purchased of Joseph Blount; land on W side Blounts Creek (533 
acres) I purchased of Joseph B Hinton who purchased of the Floyds; lots #26, 
#29 in old part of Washington; 3 Negroes

Son John Wesley Potts (under age) lands in Beaufort County: 150 acres on 
Chocowinity Bay I purchased of Hanse Potter; 100 acres I purchased of 
Herrington Warren; lots #13, #43, #48, #53 new part of Washington; 2 Negroes; 
6 shares of my stock in the Bank of New Bern; Negro woman Molly, property left 
me by will of John Daun - children of John Daun and Molly his wife
