This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Gerry Seymour Feb. 1999 ======================================================================== WILL OF HENRY WARREN In the name of God amen this 15th day of Feby Lord according to the computation of the Church of England 1710 I Henry Warren of Machepungo Creek in the County of Bath being sick and weak in body of perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament revoking and annulling all former and other willls heretofore by me made either by word or writing . In manner and form IMPRS I give and bequeath my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it me and my body to the ground to be buriedat the discretion of my Executors hereafter named, and now as to what worldly estate it hath pleased God to bestow upon me, I give and bequeath unto my son, Abraham Warren all the cattle that is of his own mark and their increase and my will is that my Exctx shall pay and deliver him one other cow next spring with the calf and to putt the same in his own mark. Likewise and all her increase to him my said son and to his heirs or assigns forever. Item. I give unto my said son the plantation whereon I now live with all its housing privileges, and appurtenances whatsoever to him my said son and to his heirs or assignes forever. Item. I give unto him my said son my three guns and all my coopers tools and one pot of iron called the middling pot to him his heirs and assigns. Item. I give unto my daughter Mary all the cattle that is in her own mark to her her heirs or assignes for ever and all their increase. Item. I give unto my daughter Elizabeth the cattle that is of her own mark, and my will is that my Exctx pay my said daughter Elizabeth one cow and calf more this spring and there increase to be delivered to her by my Exctx and their increase to her and her heirs for ever. Item. I give unto my daughter Ann all the cattle that is of her mark and an cow and calf this spring to be delivered to her by my Exctx with their increase to her and her heirs for ever. Item. I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth all the remains or part of my estate both real and personal to her her heirs or assigns for ever. Item. My will is that my wife Elizabeth dwell upon my manor plantation during all the days of her natural life any thing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding hereby nominating and appointing my said loving wife Elizabeth whole and sole Executor of this my last will and testment and my will is that Mr. John Porter of Bath Town Gent. be overseer to see this my wife prformed performed and to oversee to the payment of my debts.
