Dr. PICARD

He was a Dr. Picard who was here
in Plymouth during the Civil War.  He died and was buried in Grace
Episcopal Church yard.  Sgt. Edward Boots of the Union Occupation force
here in Plymouth during the C/W writes about cleaning and caring for his
grave.  Apparently he cared for or became close friends with the 
Capehart-Jacocks family just across the water from here.

He was a Frenchman apparently that had only recently come to America.
The Harrington family of Lewiston-Woodville also features his name in
their family.  "Pike" Harrington's correct name is "Picard." He may can
offer additional information.
