Contain six hundred and forty acres of land to have and tohold if sd land bargained and sold as afsd unto ye sd Lewis BRYAN his heirs and assigns forever with all ye rights members and appurtenances forever there in and theron contained with all houses, orchards, gardens, nurseries, clear ground, wood land, ground water and water courses with all other liberities and privileges therein and thereon contained and ye sd John BRYAN for hime self his Ex and Adm doth promiss and warrant that at ye ensealing and delivery hereof he hath in himself agood right full power and lawfull authority to bargain and sell ye same unto sd Lewis BRYAN his heirs and assigns forever and by these presents doth warrant ye sd premises bargained and sold afsd to be and promise free from all claims and demands of ye sd John BRYAN his heirs Ex and Adm or any other person or persons whatsoever claim from by or under him or eith of them or any other person or persons whatsoever laying lawfull claim theseunto any part or parce thereof and that ye sd land and premises now are and so shall and may forever hereafter remain continue and be unto ye sd Lewis BRYAN his heirs and assigns forever free and freely aquited exonerated and dischared of and from all and all manner of former and other gifts, grants, leases, uses, wills, titles, judgements, rents and occurrances of rents and all other incumbrances of what nature and kind soever provided of sd Lewsi BRYANT (sp) his heirs or assings shall seated and plant or cause to be seated and planted according to an act of apermly? that then of sd Lewis BRYAN his heirs and assings shall and may from time to and at all times have after peacebale and quietyly have hold use occupie, possess and injoy ye sd land and premsises without of lett suit trouble deniall turabisum? molestation, interruption or exictions/ of sd John BRYAN his heirs Ex and Adm or any other perosn or persons whatsoever laying lawfull claims these unto or any part or parcell there of.
