Land is presently owned by Union Camp Corporation Harriet Joyner Clark Smallwood (daughter of William McKenzie Clark and Martha Boddie Williams) (sister to Margaret Ann Cathcart Clark who married Lewis Thompson - both of them are buried at Grace Episcopal Church, Woodville,NC) b. March 28, 1831 d. March 19, 1889 Dr. Charles Smallwood, husband of Harriet Joyner Clark, b. April 12, 1828, d. January 13, 1900 Rebecca Smallwood , their daughter, b. 1852, d. 1855 William McKenzie Clark, husband of Martha Boddie Williams, b. November 6, 1778, d. November 27, 1836 Martha Boddie Williams Clark, (daughter of General William Williams and Elizabeth Boddie Williams, ) b. September 24, 1796, d. June 16, 1843. Samuel Johnston Clark, son of William McKenzie Clark and Martha Boddie Williams, b. February 4, 1829, d. June 22, 1859 Inscription on Martha Boddie Williams Clark's tombstone "She was kind and affectionate in her disposition, the best of friends to the poor and needy; as a mother, the most exemplary; as a mistress, the most indulgent.
