Cathy 1747 8 February Civil Papers 010.325.1 NCArchives Cathy Hart Farris To Bartie Court You John JAMASON of Bartie County do acknowledge your Lord and unto our Sovereign Lord King George Fo? pounds and you Joseph SEOF? of the said county and you Thomas WIGGONS of the same county his Shur__? do likewise each of your acknowledge to oned? undo our said Sovereign Lord King George the King five pounds apeace to be Levied of your ___ goods and chattals, Lands and ____ to his said majesties heirs and successors upon condition that if the said John JAMASON shall personally appear before our said Sovereign Lord the Kings majesties Justices of the peace at the next General Session of the peace to be holden for this county of Bartie and do then and there answer unto all such matter which shall be objections against him and do not do___ thence without___ from the court than your Recognizance to be or other wise to hand in full force given from and on my hand this 8th day of Feb 1747.
