JOHN BONNER ET AL
      vs.
AMBROSE DUDLEY ET AL

Petition for Partition of lands of MILES BONNER, dec'd

It appearing to the Court that AMBROSE DUDLEY and his wife, ELIZABETH, two of 
the defendants in this petition reside without the limits of this State, it is 
ordered by the Court that notice be given the said Defendants by advertisement 
for six successive weeks in the Edenton Gazette, that unless they appear at 
the next Term of this Court to be held for Bertie County on the second Monday 
in February next and put in their answer to the petition of the Petitioners, 
judgment will be entered up against them and the petition set for hearing
 ex parte.
