STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    COUNTY COURT OF BERTIE
May Term 1810

JOSEPH H. BRYAN
     VS.
AMBROSE DUDLEY

Original Attachment: Returned, levied on the Property of the said AMBROSE 
DUDLEY in the hands of ELIZABETH BONNER, Administratrix of MILES BONNER, 
dec'd, and at the same time the said ELIZABETH BONNER summoned as Garnishee

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
Defendant, AMBROSE DUDLEY, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is ordered 
that notice be given the said Defendant by advertisement for six successive 
weeks in the Edenton Gazette that unless he appears at the next Term of this 
Court on the second Monday in August next, to replevy his property and plead 
to issue filed, judgment will be taken against him by default.
