THOMAS WIGGONS, THOMAS PUGH, JOHN JAMASON

Bartie County
You Thomas Wiggons of Bartie county do acknowledge your self to owe unto our
Sovereign Lord King George Tenn pounds and you Thomas Peugh of the said county
and you John Jamason of the same county his justices do like wise each of you
acknowldge to owe unto our said Sovereign Lord King George the King five pounds
apeace to be levied of your land or good and chattals lands and tenements to his
said majesties heirs and sucessors upon conditionthat if the said Thomas Wigg
shall personally appear before our said Sovereign Lord the Kings Majesties
Justices of the peace at the next general sessions of the peace to be holden for
this county of Bartie and do then and there answer unto all these ___ors which
be objected against him and do not depart thence without licence from the court
___? your Recognizance to be or other wise to stand in full force given and on
my hand this 8th day of February 1747-8.
