                   ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to the creditors of MICHAEL CAPEHEART of Bertie 
County, North Carolina, that he is dead, and that letters of administration 
were granted the subscriber, with the will annexed, on his estate at the last 
term of Bertie County Court; and unless they make known their demands within 
the time prescribed by law , this notice will be plead in bar of recovery; his 
debtors are request to make immediate payment to BENAJAH NICHOLLS, who is 
legally authorized to settle the estate for me.
