And whare as the said Ann hath charged Ebenezer TOMLINSON of said county to have begotten the said child on her body and These are herefore in his majesties name to command you to bring the said Ebenezar TOMLINSON before us on Wednesday the 14th day of this __? July at the court house for the said county to be examined by us concerning the promises and that you give notis to the said Ann ELLIS of the Time and place aforesaid that she may be there also present and that you likewise give notis to Martha LEGETT wife of James LEGET that she is required to be there at the time aforesaid to testifie what she knows concerning the promises to the end that __? and in May he made there in as to justice doth appertain And that you certifie unto us __? you have done in the Execution of this present at the time and place aforesaid.
