September Term, 1820

JOHN FOLK Et al
     vs.
THE HEIRS AT LAW OF DAVID STONE, dec'd.

JOHN LUCUS and REBECCA, his wife, Defendants, in the above case having failed 
to file their answer at this term and it being represented to the Court that 
they are not residents of this State: It is ordered that the said JOHN LUCAS 
and REBECCA, his wife, have notice in the Edenton Gazette to appear at the 
next Court of Equity on the third Monday in Marcy next and file their answer 
agreeable to law or judgment pro confesso will be entered up against them.
