                      EXECUTORS' NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given that HUMPHREY HARDY, late of Bertie County is dead, 
and that the subscribers qualified as executors to his will at this term of 
Bertie County Court. All persons having demands against said deceased are 
requested to exhibit them with the time limited by law, or they will be barred 
of recovery; and those indebted, to make immediate payment, as no indulgence 
will be given.
