     vs.
EDMUND FLEETWOOD

Original Attacment -- and WILLIAM LEE GRAY and WILLIAM SPARKMAN summoned as 
garnishees

It is ordered by the Court that publication be made for three months in the 
Edenton Gazette for the defendant to appear at our next Court of Pleas & 
Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Bertie at the Court House at 
Windsor on the second Monday in May next to replevy and plead, or judgment 
final will be rendered against him.
