To The Hon Board Commissioners Bertie Co
your petitioner R. W. Hollomon Respectfully
ask that you grant him permission to sell
Liquors in quantities of less than five gallons
for the term of six months from 1st July 1889
to first of Jan 1890  The business to be carried
at Powellsville Bertie county and your petitioner
ever pray
