Sheriff of said county his heirs or assigns in the full sum of twenty pounds proclamation money to the which payment well and trust to be made we bind ourselfs and every of us: Our heirs Exers., and Adms., and every of them jointly and severally for the whole firmly by these Presents sealed with our seals and dated this 17th day June Anno Dom 1745. The condition of the above obligations is such that if the above bounded George JARNAGAN shall make his personal appearance before our justices of the said county at the next court to be holden at the court house at Cashy for said county on the 2nd Tuesday in August next, there and then to answer the such of Petygrove SALSBERY in a plea of trespass on the case damage ten pounds proclamation money and stand and abide the judgments of the said courts and not depart this court without license first. had then the above obligation to be void and none of the effects of else to stand and remain in full force and virtue.
