The condition of the above obligation is such if said above bounded John JARNAGAN shall make his personal appearance before our justices at the next court of said county to be holden at the court house at Cashy the second Tuesday in May, then and there to answer the suits of John JAMESON in a plea of trespass on the case damage twelve pounds current money of Virginia and stand and abide the judgment of this said court and not depart without license first had then the above obligation to be void and of none effect or else to stand and remain in full force and virtue.
