JOSEPH JORDAN JR.
    vs.
ANN B. POLLOCK

Petition to Erect A Mill

It being represented to the Court that the Defendant, ANN B. POLLOCK is an 
inhabitant of the City of New York in the State of New York. It is ordered 
that notice be given to the said ANN POLLOCK by advertisement in the Edenton 
Gazette that unless she put in her answer to this petition of the petitioner 
at the next Term of this Court at the Court House in Windsor on the second 
Monday in August next, judgment will be taken pro confesso against her and set 
for hearing ex parte.
