Judith, A Negro Woman

"Hardness of the weather and liquor being in Her did
occasion to Her Death" in the woods some distance
from the Road from CASHIE to Cullen POLLOCK's Esq.
She had first been seen alive on the Road on
November 24, 1759 by Thomas KIMSEY.

Coroner- Joseph Hardy

Inquest held at Cypress Swamp on the property of
GEORGE BELL in Bertie Co. on November 26, 1759.
