W. JOHNSON and Samuel HAYS, came before us Lewis THOMPSON and Wm. BRITTON two of the justices of the peace for the said county and severally acknowledged themselves to owe to the Wardens of the Poor, that is to say the said Sally KINNAHORNE, Needham BRYANT Wm. W. JOHNSON and Samuel DEANS (HAYS is crossed out...cathy), Fifty pounds each to be respectively livied of their lands and tenaments, goods and chattles, if the said Sally KINNAHORNE shall make default in the condition underwritten.
