                      EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given that JAMES MARDRE, late of Bertie County, is dead, 
and that the subscriber qualifed as Executor to his estate at last term of 
said County Court. All persons indebted to said deceased, are requested to 
make immediate payment, and those having claims against the same, to bring 
them forward for payment within the time limited by law.
