To the Worshipful, The Justices of the Court of Bertie now Sitting

Whereas the Inhabitants of Cuckolomaker are Destitute of
the conveniency of a Near water Grist mill

Your Petitioners therfore pray Your Worships will Grant
an Order to Aaron Meazels to erect a Mill on the sd
Cuckolomaker Swamp for the more Conveniency of sd
Inhabitants.  And Your Petitioners will ever pray.
