EPRAIM WESTON'S EX'RS

Judicial Attachment Levied on two Negroes, TOM and MARION

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that HENRY NIEL, Executor of 
EPHRAIM WESTON, dec'd, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is ordered that 
publication be made for three months in the Edenton Gazette for the said HENRY 
NIEL, Executor, to appear at our next Court to be held for the County of 
Bertie at the Court House at Windsor on the second Monday in May next and 
plead and replevy, otherwise final judgment will be entered up against him.
