                          EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to the creditors of GEORGE D. REED, ESQ. of Bertie 
County, N. C., that he is dead, and that JONATHAN JACOCKS of said State and 
County acts as Executor to his will, and unless they make know their demands 
as the law directs, this will be plead in bar thereof; his debtors are also 
desired to make payment.
