                    EXECUTRIX'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given, that the subscriber qualifed as executrix to the 
last will and testament of WILLIS SAWYER, deceased, of Bertie County, at last 
May Court. All persons having claims against the estate of the said deceased, 
are notified to make them known within the time limited by law; and it is 
requested that this may be done as soon as possible, that provision may be 
made to discharge the debts as speedily as possible. It is expected that those 
indebted to said deceased will make immediate payment.
