     vs.
GEORGE McKENZIE

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, GEORGE 
McKENZIE, is not an inhabitant of this State, it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that public notice  be made by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for 
two months that unless he appear at the next term of this Court to be held at 
the Court House in Windsor on the seventh Monday after the first Monday in 
March next and replevy his property and plead to said action, judgment final 
will be entered up against him.
