Original Attachment Returned Executed in the hands of Starkey Skales

That Soloman Cory has removed himself out of the county so that the ordinary 
process of the law cannot be served on him; it is ordered that notice thereof 
be given to the said Solomon Cory in the Edenton Gazette for 90 days that 
unless he appear at our next term of the said Court on the 2nd Monday in 
February next, replevies and pleads to the said action, final judgment be 
entered up against him.
