William H. Murebee
Vs.
Thomas Sweeting

Original Attachment Returned to the present Term Executed on William Sparkman 
& summoned as garnishee

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Thomas 
Sweeting is an inhabitant of another state so that the ordinary process of law 
cannot be served on him; it is ordered that notice be given the sd. Thomas 
Sweeting for three months that unless he appear at our next Court to be held 
for said County on the second Monday of Nov. next and replevy, that final 
judgment will be taken against him.
