                    ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE

   NOTICE is hereby given to all the creditors of ROBERT WEST, of Bertie 
County, and to all whom it may concern, that the said ROBERT WEST is dead, and 
that letters of administration were granted to the subscriber on his estate at 
last term of Bertie County Court. All persons indebted to said estate are 
requested to make immediate payment; and those having demands are desired to 
present them properly attested, within the time prescribed by law or this 
source will be plead in bar of recovery.
